Take the exit off the A483 roundabout at the old Welshpool Train Station to the town centre.
Immediate right at the mini roundabout towards the town centre.
Over canal bridge and turn left at the Traffic Lights into Berriew Road.
Past the Cinema on the left-hand side, past Somerfield on the right hand side and past Morrisons on the left-hand side.
Through Morrisons traffic lights.
Through Pelican Crossing, then...
Immediate right turn through Traethllawn’s wooden gates and up the driveway to the front of the main house. The house is elevated above the road and behind an eight feet high stone wall and tall trees.
Park on car park in front of the house.
